Terms & Conditions

**Eligibility

- Available to K-12 schools, Higher Education organizations, or consortia in the following countries: Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

- The offer is subject to availability and must be redeemed by November 30 of the purchase year.

- Only one order of net-new Google Workspace for Education Plus and one order of Chrome Education Upgrade per customer per year is eligible.

 

General Terms : Google for Education Services offer

- The offer is valid from January 1 to December 31 each year.

- Services must be redeemed by November 30.

- Google may change or terminate the offer with five days written notice.

- Customers may need to enter into a separate agreement with the Service Provider to receive services.

 

Chrome Education Upgrade Qualifications

- For K–12:

- New customers with 30 or fewer Chrome Education Upgrades need a minimum order of 50 units.

- Existing customers need a minimum order of 50 units.

- For Higher Education:

- A 50-unit minimum order is required.

 

Google Workspace for Education Plus Qualifications

- Only one net-new order per year.

- A minimum order of 250 net-new licenses is required.

- Renewals do not qualify.

- Full Domain Licensing requires individual licenses for all students, faculty, and staff.
